My name is Ruth Awuku Boahemaah. I hold a Bachelor degree in Food Process Engineering.
My main reason for entering into this program was to help improve the agro-food chain in developing countries as well as help small scale factories implement sustainability and improve their production processes.
During my studies I have gained skills in Lean Manufacturing, Life Cycle Assessment, Crisis Management in the food factory, and Food Packaging.
These skills have improved my knowledge in food safety, sustainability and have also influenced my day to day activities.
